Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

The property is beautiful. The rooms large with lots of space. I booked a king size room with a sea view balcony, it was exquisite. All the facilities are amazing, including the spa which I went to has a great jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool. The outdoor facilities, the pool and the service at the pool is great too. The private beach is also serviced and really nice. There are a few restaurants all good with good food and great service. The guys at the pool and the pool restaurant were especially hospitable and Yassine in particular always struck up a conversation as i had all my meals by myself. The ladies and gents at reception are amazing too! All in all a great stay! Would love to go back!

This year was already our second stay at this hotel and this time for a whole week. Once again, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was truly outstanding, and everything the hotel offered made our stay so enjoyable. There wasn’t a single negative thing to mention. On the contrary, it genuinely felt like coming back home. I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the future.

I recently stayed with my family for four days at the Four Seasons Hotel. Initially, I was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews I found online, which made me somewhat uncertain. However, I was specifically looking for a 5-star hotel in the area and decided to give it a chance. I must say that I do not entirely agree with those negative reviews, as I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, from the service to the overall stay. Everything from check-in to check-out, from the room to the pool area, was exceptional. The room was consistently clean and was cleaned daily. I would like to extend my special thanks to Monia from the housekeeping team, who proactively approached us to ask if the room met our expectations and if there were any issues we noticed that could be addressed. Although we didn’t find any issues, I appreciated her attentiveness and forward-thinking attitude. This level of care is something I truly value and must highlight. A heartfelt thank you for that. I also want to commend the reception staff, especially Safa, for their excellent service, from the booking process to check-in and check-out. The team is very attentive and forward-thinking, which is exactly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Europe, I can confidently say that the service here meets the high standards one expects from a 5-star establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service, which I gladly recommend to others. This is not my first stay here, and I will definitely return with great pleasure, as I was very positively surprised. During check-in, we found a small gift for our child, which was a sweet gesture with cookies and a sweet name tag. I also received a small birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel is pricey, but I believe the service you receive is worth the cost. I find it completely fair and not overpriced at all.

My last stay at this hotel was in 2018. The level of the service since reached a 5 stars hotel level. The facilities still beautiful. The quality and variety of food through different restaurants was amazing.
